Ordering Questions
1. What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (Direct-To-Film) is a modern printing method where your artwork is printed using high-quality inks onto a special PET film. That film is then heat-pressed onto your product — allowing full-color, long-lasting prints with rich vibrancy, fine details, and strong durability on almost any type of fabric.
2. What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order at Vooy DTF. You can order just 1 piece or place a bulk order — we provide the exact same professional quality and fast turnaround for all order sizes.
3. What sizes are available?
We offer all transfer sizes, including single-piece prints and full custom gang sheets. You can build and upload any layout you want — small logos, multiple designs, or full sheet production — with complete flexibility.
4. How fast do you ship orders?
All orders are produced and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you’ll immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
5. Is Saturday considered a business day?
No — Saturday is not counted as a production business day. Orders placed on Saturday will begin processing on the next business day.
6. What kind of artwork file should I upload?
For best results, we recommend vector artwork. Raster files must be 300 DPI resolution or higher.
Preferred file formats: .AI, .PDF, .EPS
Accepted formats: .PNG (transparent background preferred), .JPG (high resolution only)
7. Do you offer design services?
Yes — we offer full professional design services for t-shirts, logos, business cards, flyers, branding work, and more. You can upload your idea or inspiration, and our design team will finalize a clean and print-ready file for you.
8. What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers can be applied on 100% cotton, cotton blends, polyester, nylon, denim, canvas, spandex, twill, and many more — making it perfect for streetwear brands, merch, uniforms, sportswear, and small businesses.
9. How do I apply the transfer?
Using a heat press, apply your transfer at 320°F / 160°C with medium pressure for 12–15 seconds. After peeling, you can re-press with a finishing press if needed. Unused transfers can be stored and used anytime later.
10. Can I upload full-color designs or gradients?
Yes — we print unlimited colors, gradients, neon tones, fine lines, and highly detailed artwork with true 300 DPI clarity. Your colors are printed exactly the way you send them — no fading, no loss of vibrancy.
