✅ When We Offer a Reprint or Replacement
We will reprint or replace your order at no additional cost if:

The print quality is defective or damaged

You received the wrong file or size compared to what you submitted

There is a printing error caused on our end

Your order arrives damaged in transit (with photo proof)
✅ When Refunds or Reprints Are Not Eligible
We cannot refund or reprint if the issue is due to:

Low-quality, blurry, or incorrect artwork uploaded by the customer

User error during application (incorrect heat, pressure, peeling method, etc.)

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Change of mind after production has started
