1. Custom Production Policy

All products and services provided by Vooy DTF are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, unless an error is confirmed on our end.

2. Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for uploading print-ready, high-resolution artwork.
Vooy DTF does not automatically resize, correct, or edit files unless the customer specifically requests design assistance prior to production.

3. Production & Shipping Timeline

• Standard production time is within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

• Saturday is not considered an active production or business day.

• Shipping and delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination.

• Vooy DTF is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

4. Quality Review & Reprint Policy

If an error or defect occurs due to Vooy DTF’s production or printing process, we will review and reprint the order at no additional cost.
All claims must follow our official Refund & Reprint Policy with supporting proof submitted promptly.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they own or have full legal rights to reproduce that content.
Vooy DTF assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided files.
