  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Saturday is not considered a production or business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday will begin processing on the next business day.

✅ Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow your package in real-time.

✅ Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your shipping method and location. We always ship as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your transfers on time for production, events, or customer orders.

✅ Shipping Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Vooy DTF is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

✅ Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup becomes available in the future, it will be displayed as an option at checkout. (This section can be updated once your physical pickup location is confirmed.)
